Clark Realty Wins Customer Service Award at National PHMA Conference
DENVER — CEL & Associates, Inc. awarded Clark Realty's Naval Base San Diego project with the "A List" National Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence at the Navy Real Estate CEL awards gala. The "A List" award recognizes multifamily properties that have achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service as rated by their residents. The awards ceremony took place during the Professional Housing Management Association (PHMA) Professional Development Seminar and Trade Expo, one of the premier forums for the exchange of ideas within the military housing industry.

Each year, the "A List" award for Real Estate Service Excellence honors those who truly provide a superior level of service and have been rated by residents using the CEL & Associates' National Survey of Resident Satisfaction. California Naval Communities, a Public-Private Venture (PPV) between Clark Realty Capital, the Department of the Navy, and Lincoln Property Company of Dallas, was honored for top resident satisfaction at many of their Naval Base San Diego communities.

"This feedback illustrates that we are also improving their quality of life, which is ultimately our goal."

During the week-long event, Clark also participated as an exhibitor at the trade show and as a panelist at the Housing Privatization Symposium Session, which highlighted lessons learned and best practices of top military housing corporations in the industry. Casey Nolan, development executive, focused his panel presentation on Clark's sustainability practices at the Fort Belvoir family housing project.
