Massachusetts Court Apartments 'Tops Out' in Washington, D.C.
WASHINGTON — Clark Realty Builders*, Bethesda, Md., recently celebrated the topping out of Massachusetts Court Apartments with the final roof deck concrete pour for the luxury high-rise. When complete, the new apartment community will offer 371 rental homes with state-of-the-art amenities and seven rehabilitated townhomes in the upper northwest section of Washington, D.C. Leasing is scheduled to begin in March 2004.

Developed and managed by Pritzker Residential, Chicago, in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors, Inc., Newark, N.J., the 14-story high-rise will feature an attractive brick exterior and encompass seven two- and three-story historic townhomes. SK&I Architectural Design Group, LLC, Bethesda, Md., designed the high-rise, which offers a rooftop pool, running track, and first floor fitness center. Residents will also enjoy access to a business center, aerobics/yoga studio, storage space, concierge service, and three levels of below grade parking. Residents can choose from a variety of floor plans, including unique two-story urban lofts. The apartments feature a contemporary design and offer fireplaces, washers/dryers, and ceramic-tiled bathrooms.

Massachusetts Court Apartments is located just one block from Judiciary Square metro station, two blocks from the Gallery Place metro station, and one block from Interstate 395. Final completion of the high-rise is scheduled for the summer of 2004.
